RETURNS POLICY

For hygiene reasons our hair accessories are non returnable. We are unable to cancel your order once it has been placed. However, if there are any problems with the quality of the item, please feel free to contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged, you have up to 14 days from receiving the item to inform us madebyraven.mbr@gmail.com or submit a contact form on the home page. Damaged items must not be have been worn and returned in their original packaging. Once received MADE by Raven will inspect the product and inform you whether you are eligible for a refund.
